• Fill up the Membership Form and Temporary Membership
• Card available at your local travel agency or at any of our contact offices.
• Present the above documents at the counter while checking in for any Guna Airlines flight.
• Start earning miles right from the very first time you fly!

Terms and Conditions

• Club Guna membership is free of cost and open to individual Nepali citizens or individual foreign residents with a valid residence or work permit provided they are above 12 years of age.
• Membership is not open to companies,partnerships, unincorporated associations or other such other entities.
• Membership to Guna Club is offered at the sole discretion of Guna Airlines and Guna Airlines may refuse membership without assigning any reason whatsoever.
• Club Guna Membership Cards are not transferable and can be used only by the members themselves.
• Membership is valid for three years from the date of membership, unless extended by Guna Airlines.
• Guna Airlines may at its discretion, change the terms and conditions without giving prior notice to Guna Club members.
• In case of loss of membership card, a duplicate card can be issued on a written request and payment of NRs. 100.00.
• An application for membership will denote the acceptance and explicit authorization of Guna Airlines to use any given data for various purposes.
• Members traveling by Guna Airlines are subject to the conditions of carriage of Guna Airlines and rules prevailing from time to time.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of Guna Airlines will be considered to be final and binding.
